About The Position

We are seeking an energetic, early-career professional to join our team as Head of Outbound. This role is ideal for someone ~2 years out of college who is currently working as an SDR at a large U.S. company and is looking for outsized responsibility and rapid growth. You will have the opportunity to build and own a hybrid AI + human lead generation strategy within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial agency environment. This role offers high ownership, limited guardrails, and strong upside through performance-based incentives.

Requirements

~2 years post-college experience
Currently working as an SDR at a large U.S.-based company
Proven experience in outbound sales and lead generation
Strong understanding of prospecting, cold outreach, and pipeline building
Demonstrated leadership potential or experience managing/mentoring others
Data-driven mindset with the ability to own and improve performance metrics
High energy, self-starter attitude with a desire for ownership and growth

Nice To Haves

Experience using AI tools in sales or lead generation workflows
Prior experience in a startup or agency environment
Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo)
Interest in entrepreneurship or building scalable systems
Experience scaling or helping grow a sales team

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of 5 outbound representatives, with plans to scale to ~10 within the year
Own and optimize outbound lead generation strategy (cold outreach, prospecting, and pipeline development)
Experiment with and implement the latest AI tools to enhance outbound performance
Track, analyze, and take full ownership of department metrics and outcomes
Develop processes to improve efficiency, conversion rates, and overall team performance
Mentor and support team members to drive consistent results
