About The Position

We are seeking an energetic, early-career professional to join our team as Head of Outbound. This role is ideal for someone ~2 years out of college who is currently working as an SDR at a large U.S. company and is looking for outsized responsibility and rapid growth. You will have the opportunity to build and own a hybrid AI + human lead generation strategy within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial agency environment. This role offers high ownership, limited guardrails, and strong upside through performance-based incentives.

Requirements

  • ~2 years post-college experience
  • Currently working as an SDR at a large U.S.-based company
  • Proven experience in outbound sales and lead generation
  • Strong understanding of prospecting, cold outreach, and pipeline building
  • Demonstrated leadership potential or experience managing/mentoring others
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to own and improve performance metrics
  • High energy, self-starter attitude with a desire for ownership and growth

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using AI tools in sales or lead generation workflows
  • Prior experience in a startup or agency environment
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo)
  • Interest in entrepreneurship or building scalable systems
  • Experience scaling or helping grow a sales team

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of 5 outbound representatives, with plans to scale to ~10 within the year
  • Own and optimize outbound lead generation strategy (cold outreach, prospecting, and pipeline development)
  • Experiment with and implement the latest AI tools to enhance outbound performance
  • Track, analyze, and take full ownership of department metrics and outcomes
  • Develop processes to improve efficiency, conversion rates, and overall team performance
  • Mentor and support team members to drive consistent results
