About The Position

The Head of OT, Manufacturing Systems & US Corporate IT is the enterprise owner of all technology that enables BYLDPro operations in the United States, spanning:
Operational Technology (OT) on the shop floor
Manufacturing systems (MES, OEE, machine data, ERP interfaces)
US corporate IT (networks, endpoints, local systems)

In BYLDPro’s startup phase, this role provides single-point accountability for technology uptime, integration, and reliability — ensuring that machines run, systems talk to each other, and people can work without disruption.

This role bridges Operations, Engineering, and Central IT, with a strong execution bias and hands-on leadership mindset.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automation, IT, or related field
• 10+ years experience in manufacturing, OT, or industrial systems
• Strong hands-on experience with: PLC-based machinery Industrial and corporate networks Manufacturing system integrations
• Proven ability to operate in startup or scale-up environments
• Strong communication skills across technical and operational teams

Nice To Haves

• Experience with MES and OEE systems
• Exposure to ERP implementations in manufacturing
• Experience supporting greenfield facilities
• Familiarity with cybersecurity in OT environments
• Pragmatic, operations-first mindset
