Responsibilities and Impact: The Head of Operations Management leads the operational excellence agenda for the Digital Services organization, overseeing IT financial management, vendor and contract management, and communications. This role partners with leaders across the business, Finance, Legal, and Procurement to ensure robust financial governance, cost control, compliance, and effective communications. The Head of Operations Management is a key driver of process improvement, best practices, and operational transparency, supporting a dynamic, innovative, and high-performing organization.
