About The Position

This strategic leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence across North American field sales teams, translating regional and market insights into actionable plans that maximize revenue and sales productivity. The Head of North America Field Operations will partner closely with regional sales leadership to align business priorities, optimize processes, and provide data-driven recommendations to enhance performance. This position requires influencing cross-functional teams, implementing scalable strategies, and ensuring operational consistency across multiple regions. The role offers exposure to high-level strategic planning, revenue operations, and process improvement initiatives, with opportunities to shape the success of sales teams and customer outcomes. It is ideal for a results-driven leader with strong analytical skills, operational expertise, and experience in large-scale sales organizations.

Requirements

  • Over 10 years of experience in sales operations, market strategy, or revenue management supporting regional or global teams
  • Proven ability to work with senior leadership to convert strategy into actionable priorities with measurable outcomes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience leveraging sales systems, CRM platforms, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
  • Advanced education in Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across teams

  • Professional certifications in Global Strategy, Business Analytics, or Sales Operations are highly desirable

Responsibilities

  • Partner with regional sales leadership to translate business strategy into actionable field operations plans
  • Oversee Geo Revenue planning, quota management, pipeline optimization, and forecasting processes
  • Implement efficient processes to enhance sales productivity, consistency, and operational scalability
  • Collaborate with finance, enablement, systems, and data teams to integrate insights into operational strategies
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize revenue results
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to ensure alignment between operations, sales, and customer success teams
  • Identify process improvements and operational efficiencies to support long-term growth
