Anthropic is seeking an experienced leader to build and scale our partner ecosystem across North America. In this critical leadership role, you will lead a multi-functional team working across Global Systems Integrators (GSIs), Management Consulting firms, Regional Systems Integrators, and Agencies—all in close collaboration with Anthropic's Go-to-Market and Cloud Sales Partnerships teams. You will be instrumental in amplifying the Anthropic brand in market, enabling our sales organization, and driving transformational partner-sourced revenue. This role requires someone who understands that commercial success is fundamental to landing Anthropic's mission of developing safe and beneficial AI.
