About The Position

This leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence and revenue impact across North American sales territories. You will partner closely with regional sales leadership to translate strategy into actionable plans, optimize processes, and improve team productivity. By leveraging data, analytics, and market insights, you will ensure sales efforts are aligned with business priorities and key performance objectives. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with finance, enablement, systems, and data teams to implement scalable processes that enhance forecasting, pipeline management, and quota attainment. Operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, you will lead by example, creating clarity and efficiency that maximizes revenue results while supporting regional teams. This position offers significant visibility and influence across the organization and the opportunity to shape field operations strategy at scale.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience supporting sales, market entry, or revenue teams in operations, strategy, or business functions with regional or global scope
  • Proven experience translating strategy into priorities, actionable plans, and measurable outcomes with senior leadership
  • Strong expertise in sales systems, analytics platforms, CRM tools, and reporting to enhance operational efficiency
  • Advanced education in Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent qualifications
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills and experience working with senior sales and operational leadership

Nice To Haves

  • Professional certifications in Global Strategy, Business Analytics, or Sales Operations are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary operations partner to regional sales leadership, aligning field operations with revenue and growth strategies
  • Translate market insights, data, and cross-functional input into actionable priorities, plans, and efficient processes
  • Drive enhancements in sales productivity and revenue results by identifying and implementing scalable operational improvements
  • Oversee processes related to territories, quotas, pipelines, and forecasting, ensuring alignment across sales, finance, enablement, systems, and data teams
  • Partner with senior leadership to transform strategy into measurable outcomes through analysis, planning, and sound judgment
  • Monitor and optimize operational workflows, sales systems, and reporting tools to increase efficiency and consistency across teams
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to operational staff and collaborate to develop best practices across North America
