We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Head of Network - Veterinary Provider to lead the growth, performance, and operational health of our national veterinary provider network. This role reports to the COO and leads veterinary acquisition, onboarding, and partner management execution. Our veterinary network has consistently demonstrated its ability to drive incremental revenue, increase compliance with recommended care, and improve treatment acceptance. By reducing financial friction for pet owners, we help practices strengthen client loyalty, increase visit frequency, and better meet modern consumer expectations for accessible, value-driven care. Role Summary The Head of Network owns expansion, activation, and performance of Synergy’s veterinary provider network supporting: · Pet Health Discount Plans · Pet Health Insurance Products This is a supply-side marketplace growth role requiring strong sales and relationship management skills. The Head of Network will manage an end-to-end recruitment pipeline from outreach through signed agreements. This leader will: · Expand veterinary participation · Build scalable provider acquisition · Drive onboarding excellence · Own long-term engagement · Develop partnerships and integrations · Serve as the internal advocate for veterinary providers

Requirements

  • 7+ years in business development, partnerships, or B2B sales
  • Proven pipeline ownership and KPI management
  • Strong negotiation and relationship skills
  • Cross-functional leadership experience
