We are looking for a Head of Marketing—an ambitious leader who understands the nuance of the wellness industry and has a personal connection to the life-changing power of EMDR- to take the company to the next level. As our Head of Marketing, you won't just be managing campaigns; you will be the architect of our growth. You will oversee the transition from a visionary startup to a global household name in trauma recovery and performance optimization. This role requires someone who can toggle between high-level brand strategy and the granular details of regulatory compliance and e-commerce channel logistics.

Requirements

  • A Personal Connection: You have first-hand experience with EMDR. You understand the "before and after" of the process, and that lived experience fuels your professional drive.
  • Versatile Marketer: You are comfortable navigating the complexities of physical inventory/shipping and the high-margin, scalable world of digital subscriptions.
  • Meticulous & Detail-Oriented: You believe that "the way you do one thing is the way you do everything." You catch the typos, you check the tracking links, and you ensure compliance never slips.
  • A Compassionate Strategist: You are driven by results, but you never lose sight of the fact that our "customers" are often people on a sensitive healing journey.

Responsibilities

  • Integrated Growth Strategy: Develop and execute a roadmap to scale both our physical products (Tabs) and our digital offerings (apps/content).
  • Navigating Wellness Claims: Use your expertise to market our benefits effectively while staying strictly within the lines of health and wellness regulations—ensuring our brand remains trusted and scientifically credible.
  • Full-Funnel Management: Optimize the customer journey from the first "Aha!" moment on social media to the final checkout and long-term retention.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze KPIs with a sharp eye. You should love the "why" behind the numbers and use them to pivot or double down on what works.
  • Partner Support: Maintain the relationships with our practitioner community and expand the number of organizations that use us within their programming.
  • Brand Voice Stewardship: Ensure our message of healing and accessibility is consistent across every touchpoint, maintaining the delicate balance between "tech-forward" and "human-centered."
