About The Position

Built by ex–ex-nation-state operators and AI researchers, Cracken is the world’s first Uncensored Vibe Hacking platform that safely amplifies security teams and gives enterprises proven, auditable security resilience. We’re looking for a Head of Marketing to build and lead this function from the ground up. This is a foundational role, not just for the go-to-market team, but for how we tell our story to the world. This is an IC-heavy role to start, with the opportunity to grow the team as we scale.

Requirements

Marketing Experience: Proven product marketing background in enterprise software and cybersecurity.
Technical Expertise: You translate complex security concepts into clear, impactful messaging for diverse audiences.
Content Creation: A track record of producing compelling technical content tailored to various stakeholder needs.
Data-Driven Growth Hacker: You experiment, measure, and iterate - letting outcomes guide every move.
Founder Mentality: No task is too small, no ambition too large - you own every initiative from start to finish.
Strategy and Execution: A collaborative operator who loves jumping between strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

Execute at All Marketing Levels: take ownership of market research, create technical content, enable sales teams, and build marketing strategies that accelerate customer engagement and adoption.
Define and evolve company positioning, messaging, and narrative for a technical security audience.
Own and drive product launches end-to-end - from messaging to content to internal enablement.
Work directly with the CEO and other founding members to expand the marketing function.
