Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field. MBA preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience on an executive leadership team.
  • Experience working in and around chemicals in a variety of chemistry applications.
  • 10+ years of experience leading a Marketing team.
  • Experience in CPG marketing.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the home improvement or building products industry
  • Fluency in Spanish

Responsibilities

  • Work on the Leadership Team to help set the direction and goals for the company.
  • Hold yourself and the leadership team to the highest standards for performance and culture.
  • Identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Coach and Mentor the Marketing team to achieve personal and professional goals.
  • Ensure that priorities are set, take time to explore the “new shiny thing” while still holding true to the strategic goals.
  • Manage and improve the systems and processes in place to achieve growth goals and create a time/space for creative and innovative thought.
  • Work in tandem with the members of the Marketing Team to set the strategic direction, goals, and metrics specific to Marketing.
