We are seeking a results-driven and entrepreneurial Head of Luxuria to lead and scale our B2C luxury travel sales unit. This role is a critical balance of hands-on sales leadership, team development, and operational oversight, reporting directly to the Head of Growth. This is an in-office position located in Aventura, FL. Your mission is to reignite and accelerate our growth by refining our high-touch outbound sales process, building and mentoring a world-class sales team, and ensuring the profitability and operational excellence of the Luxuria unit. The company has a proven model that requires strategic rebuilding and rapid scaling. The ideal candidate is a service-driven, charismatic people-leader with a deep understanding of the U.S. luxury clientele. You thrive in fast-paced environments, possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit, and are ready to design processes, inspire a team, and ensure that luxury is reflected in every client interaction. This role offers significant financial incentive, with compensation directly tied to overall Year-over-Year (YoY) growth and a percentage of the unit’s net operating profit.
