Your Opportunity The Head of LLM Services will play a hybrid role that combines project management capabilities and selling skills. This is a hybrid role located in Ipswich, MA.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years of successful direct sales experience (sourcing, managing accounts), inclusive of managing projects of cross functional teams (developing and management of project plans, stakeholder deliverables and engagement, budget/deadline adherence)
  • Cultivated strong client relationships that supported retention and revenue growth.
  • Identified and advanced opportunities to expand account value.
  • Provided strategic guidance by aligning solutions with client needs.
  • Applied disciplined planning and execution to manage complex initiatives.
  • Improved project management practices to increase consistency and efficiency.
  • Maintained dependable, detail-focused follow-through.
  • Commuting distance from Ipswich, MA for frequent meetings with internal stakeholders.

  • Managed multiple competing projects that required technical, industry and processes expertise to guide the overall team to resolve internal challenges spanning budget, conflict management and resource allocation
  • Direct sales experience with research content
  • Information industry expertise and experience with LLMs
  • Expertise in CRM systems and pipeline management tools to expand utilization and application of data and analytics

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring emerging LLM providers and identifying high-value partnership prospects.
  • Building and managing a pipeline of partnership opportunities and reaching out to key decision makers.
  • Participating in partner discussions to advance opportunities and coordinating thorough follow-up.
  • Developing standardized materials to support partnership activities.
  • Managing ongoing partner relationships and ensuring internal alignment across teams.
  • Leading full-lifecycle delivery of cross-functional initiatives using appropriate project management approaches.
  • Ensuring compliance with contractual and rights-related requirements.
