About This Role You’ll own the creator growth engine — from sourcing and managing creators to engineering viral campaigns that move culture. You’ll blend creative intuition with analytical rigor, using performance data and AI tools to identify trends, optimize performance, and scale what wins. You know how to build and run a creator program that doesn’t rely on luck — it runs on systems, insights, and repeatable creative performance. Requirements

  • 6+ years building and leading creator or influencer programs at scale.
  • Expert in short-form storytelling, viral mechanics, and content systems.
  • Data-driven and fast — you build feedback loops, not campaigns.
  • Skilled in AI-driven workflows and creator performance analytics.
  • Comfortable operating autonomously and executing with speed.

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and scale a network of micro-creators producing continuous content that drives growth.
  • Architect the creator program end-to-end: outreach, onboarding, contracts, and payments.
  • Develop and refine viral content frameworks — from hooks to storytelling structure — across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Identify and lead strategic collaborations with mid- and top-tier creators.
  • Analyze performance data to inform creative direction and optimize output velocity.
  • Leverage AI tools for creator discovery, briefing, and predictive performance tracking.
  • Partner with Paid Media to share high-performing hooks, visuals, and ad-ready creator assets.
  • Ensure brand consistency, compliance, and quality across all campaigns.
