This is a foundational hire. PropertyPilot needs someone who can own the full spectrum of people operations and core business functions—HR, payroll, benefits, recruiting, and basic accounting (AP/AR)—as a team of one. You won't be managing a department; you'll be building one from the ground up while keeping the day-to-day running smoothly. At a startup, the person in this seat touches everything. You'll run payroll on Monday, screen engineering candidates on Tuesday, negotiate a benefits renewal on Wednesday, process vendor invoices on Thursday, and help onboard a new hire on Friday.
