We are in the midst of a significant transformation — building a leaner, higher-performing organization with world-class people practices at its core. Our HR function is ~50 people strong and is undergoing its own transformation: new structure, new systems, and a new operating model. This role is being created to drive critical pieces of that agenda at pace. The Head of HR Strategy & Enablement is a rare hybrid: part chief of staff to the CHRO, part internal communications lead, part process architect, part L&D practitioner. You will own the connective tissue of the HR function — ensuring that our strategy translates into communication, our processes run efficiently, our people are developed, and our CHRO is operating at his highest leverage. You will work with a high degree of autonomy across all four pillars below, partnering closely with the CHRO and the HR leadership team to drive delivery.
