About The Position

Head of Growth The Role We are hiring a Head of Growth to own the experiment engine. This is a hands-on role for someone who has built growth loops before and wants to do it again with a product that has real traction and real customers. You will own activation, retention, referrals, and channel expansion. You will work closely with the CEO, product, and operations to find the fastest path to more revenue. The job is not to have all the answers. It is to test fast, learn faster, and scale what works. What You'll Own Growth experiments from hypothesis to result to scale Activation and onboarding for new customers Retention and expansion within existing accounts Referral programs and organic growth loops Channel testing across SEO, partnerships, and community Growth analytics, dashboards, and attribution Tooling and automation that removes friction from the funnel What Success Looks Like A repeatable experiment engine the whole team can run Meaningful lift in activation and 30-day retention Clear data on which channels work and why Referral and expansion programs that drive real revenue Leadership always knows what is working and what is next About You 3 to 6 years in growth, product growth, or sales You have owned experiments end to end and shipped results Strong with data. Comfortable in SQL, Mixpanel, or similar tools Early stage startup experience preferred Builder mindset. Requirements

  • 3 to 6 years in growth, product growth, or sales
  • You have owned experiments end to end and shipped results
  • Strong with data. Comfortable in SQL, Mixpanel, or similar tools
  • Builder mindset. You do not wait for perfect resources to get started
  • Clear communicator who can turn findings into action fast
