About The Position
Mintlify is seeking an entrepreneurial, data-driven Head of Growth to lead and optimize our top-of-funnel strategy. In this role, you’ll combine performance marketing tactics with creative experimentation to drive user acquisition and engagement. As our primary growth driver, you will own critical metrics, spearhead innovative campaigns, and collaborate closely with product, marketing, and data teams to accelerate our product-led growth (PLG).
