About The Position
DSST Public Schools seeks a visionary and strategic Head of Growth to lead our network's ambitious expansion efforts. Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff, this role will be instrumental in achieving our goals. The Head of Growth will serve as a key member of DSST Public Schools, responsible for developing and executing comprehensive, long term growth strategies that align with DSST's senior leadership and our mission of educational excellence and equity. This role combines strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, relationship-building with community members, and data-driven decision-making to expand our network's impact in Colorado.
