About The Position

This role is a senior leadership opportunity to build and scale a world-class growth engine within a fast-moving, high-ownership environment. You will own the full customer acquisition funnel across both self-serve and sales-led motions, driving predictable and efficient revenue growth. Operating at the intersection of marketing, product, and sales, you will translate experimentation and data into measurable business impact. The position offers broad scope, from digital channels and product-led growth to brand narrative and demand generation. You will lead and develop a high-performing team while shaping long-term growth strategy. This is a hands-on role for a growth leader who thrives on accountability, speed, and turning insight into execution. The impact of your work will be immediate, visible, and foundational to the company’s next phase of scale.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of experience in growth, digital, or performance marketing, ideally within FinTech or B2B SaaS environments
  • 2+ years of people management experience with a proven ability to build and mentor high-performing teams
  • Demonstrated success scaling revenue organizations through major growth stages
  • Strong experience driving self-serve acquisition, activation, and monetization
  • Deep expertise in SEO, paid acquisition, website optimization, and modern demand generation practices
  • Fluency in sales-led growth, intent-based targeting, personalization, trigger-based messaging, and predictive analytics
  • Strategic mindset grounded in data, research, and customer insights across paid, organic, content, events, and partnerships
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills
  • Highly technical, with hands-on experience implementing modern marketing and analytics tools
  • A collaborative, empathetic leader with strong values, a bias toward action, and a high ownership mindset

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Demand Generation team, ensuring strong execution across performance marketing, digital channels, and enterprise campaigns
  • Own paid acquisition across search, display, paid social, retargeting, and emerging growth channels
  • Optimize CAC, payback period, and channel ROI through continuous experimentation and data-driven iteration
  • Partner closely with Sales and RevOps to align on ICPs, pipeline targets, and campaign strategy
  • Own the self-serve and product-led growth motion, driving top-of-funnel acquisition and revenue impact
  • Collaborate with Product on activation experiments, onboarding flows, conversion optimization, and monetization strategy
  • Define, track, and report on growth KPIs across acquisition, activation, and revenue
  • Own the website as a core growth surface, improving discoverability, performance, and conversion
  • Drive organic acquisition through technical SEO, content strategy, site optimization, and Generative Engine Optimization across AI-driven discovery platforms
  • Develop and execute product and brand marketing strategies, supporting launches, sales enablement, and high-impact content across channels
