The Head of Sales & Customer Success at Packsmith is a unique opportunity to help unlock the next revolution in e-commerce and shape Packsmith’s trajectory now and in the future by developing, defining, and driving our sales strategy. In this key leadership role reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for owning, developing, and leading our fast-paced sales growth and customer success strategy in the US and beyond. Our Head of Sales & Customer Success will be responsible for closing new brand customers in the US quickly and efficiently, managing our growing sales team across the globe, developing and scaling a fresh approach to customer success, and representing Packsmith to brands and key e-commerce audiences. The ideal candidate is an action-oriented strategic sales and partnerships leader who is driven to deliver category-defining customer experiences from outreach through to account maturity. You should be able to lead effectively, build out key sales and customer success systems from the ground up, drive sales rapidly through your network and through consistent outreach strategies, manage customer success operations at scale, and shape Packsmith’s trajectory now and in the future.
