No thirsty middlemen as far as the eye can see. It’s a different way of doing things, sure. But it works. We’re currently the largest online direct-to-consumer winery in the USA, shipping over 1 million(!) packs a year to curious wine lovers. And with an ambitious road ahead, we’ve got no plans on plugging the cork on growth. As Head of Fulfillment Network & Logistics, you will own the strategy, performance, and evolution of Naked Wines’ global fulfillment network across the US and UK. This includes a distributed ecosystem of 3PL warehouse partners and last-mile carriers, not physical site ownership. You’ll operate at the intersection of strategy, commercial decision-making, and operational execution, ensuring our network scales efficiently while delivering a best-in-class customer experience. This role is best suited for leaders who have managed outsourced fulfillment networks and 3PL partners at scale. Candidates whose experience is primarily in on-site warehouse operations may find this role less aligned.
