With thriving corporate boutiques in Los Angeles and a rapidly expanding franchise network nationwide, French Florist is on a mission to create a more loving and compassionate world through flowers. The Head of Franchise Sales is responsible for owning, optimizing, and scaling French Florist’s franchise sales engine. This person will lead our existing franchise sales team, personally close franchise agreements, and design the systems and strategy that take us from our current footprint to 200 units and beyond. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role has a seat at the table during French Florist’s defining growth chapter. This role is for someone who has not only carried a bag, but has helped take a franchise sales engine from early traction to true scale. You’ve personally built pipeline, worked leads, and closed deals — and then evolved systems, messaging, and team structure to drive consistent, repeatable growth.
