About The Position

About the role: As a Senior Director and part of the operations team, this leader partners closely with the Function’s leadership, Finance, Procurement, and external providers to drive financial discipline and operational rigor. The role owns end-to-end budget planning and governance (annual plan, forecasts, accruals, and variance management), strengthens vendor and outside counsel oversight (selection, contracting, performance, and rate/fee negotiations), and ensures accurate, timely financial reporting and invoice-to-pay execution in alignment with corporate policies. Through data-driven insights and proactive spend management, this leader helps the Function deliver high-quality services in a cost-effective manner.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in Legal finance, operations, FP&A, or financial management role with increasing responsibility
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Expert experience in data insights and analytics, and data visualization
  • Expert skill set in Excel and other data analyst tools
  • Expert experience in financial acumen, financial modeling, and forecasting
  • Experience managing outside counsel and other professional services spend
  • Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and senior-level presentation capabilities
  • Ability to collaborate during or lead cross‑functional initiatives and partner with senior stakeholders
  • Experience leading teams and developing high-performing talent
