Role Description The Global Head of Facilities Management & Critical Facilities (FM & CF) reports to the Global Head of Strategy, Facilities and Construction (F&C) and oversees FM & CF functions for Citi's global real estate portfolio of 26+ million sq. ft. with a multi-billion annual expenditure. The role will directly manage regional FM managers (APAC, EMEA, LATAM and NAM) and the Global Critical Facilities Head, providing overall leadership of their teams. This role will leverage capabilities across the two functions to meet F&C’s objectives and provide strong leadership to geographically dispersed teams, drive talent development, succession planning, performance management, and an inclusive, high-performance culture. The role will drive effective risk management for these two functions: Maintain robust controls; ensure statutory compliance; manage third and fourth party risk; and protect business operations through disciplined operational governance.
