Instawork is seeking a Head of Experiential to build and scale our Experiential Marketing partnerships, working closely with Instawork’s Co-Founder and CEO. This is a unique opportunity to define strategy and execution in a rapidly evolving industry – connecting our 8M+ flexible workers (“Pros”) with leading brands and agencies who rely on brand ambassadors and event staff to bring their campaigns to life.

Requirements

  • Proven Relationship Builder: 4+ years of experience in experiential marketing, staffing, or adjacent fields. Skilled at cultivating partnerships with agencies, brands, and category leaders (e.g., consumer, travel, sports, entertainment, or gaming). Strong understanding of industry trends, players, and challenges.
  • Strategic & Curiosity: You think big-picture while staying grounded in data and execution. Comfortable adapting strategy as markets evolve, and excited to leverage Instawork’s technology and scale to create competitive advantage.
  • Multi-disciplinary Executor: Experience working across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other functions to deliver results and strong problem solving capabilities.
  • Strong Communicator & Evangelist: Able to represent Instawork externally as a thought leader, and internally as a driver of cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Execution: Help define and implement Instawork’s strategy for the cultivation of experiential marketing partnerships, adapting to evolving industry needs and opportunities.
  • Thought Leadership: Represent Instawork externally as a leader in the experiential space, fostering innovation and collaboration. Regularly present progress, insights, and recommendations to Instawork's executive leadership, helping shape the company’s growth strategy and long-term vision.
  • Partnership Development: Build and grow relationships with top companies that are players in experiential, including brands and agencies.
  • Market and Data Needs Analysis: Deeply understand partner requirements and paint points, ensuring Instawork can support them in fulfilling their labor needs.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other internal teams to execute on partner data needs and deliver high-quality solutions.
