Job Description: Summary: The Head of Enterprise Systems Delivery is responsible for leading the end-to-end design and execution of OFSE’s most critical, complex, and high-visibility digital technology initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, solution architecture, and delivery execution, ensuring that our enterprise technology programs deliver real measurable outcomes. In this role, you will lead solution architects & engineering teams to design and deliver integrated, enterprise-grade systems. This is a hands‑on leadership opportunity to shape our delivery model, drive measurable outcomes, and influence how OFSE leverages technology to operate, grow, and innovate.

Requirements

  • Have 12+ years of experience in enterprise systems delivery, solution architecture, and large-scale digital transformation
  • Have proven experience leading complex, multi-platform initiatives (with strong knowledge of core domains for F500 industrial companies such as ERP, CRM, and PLM)
  • Have exceptional vendor management skills with proven ability to maximize value from technology and professional services vendors
  • Have strong understanding of modern enterprise architectures, integration patterns, and delivery models
  • Demonstrated ability to grow and lead senior technical talent and influence across organizational boundaries
  • Comfortable operating at both strategic and deeply technical levels
  • Have experience in large, global, matrixed organizations
  • Have passion for emerging technology with self-motivation to understand technology trends

Responsibilities

  • Owning the solution architecture and delivery strategy for large, cross-platform enterprise initiatives that span across platforms (i.e. - ERP, CRM, PLM, integrations, and custom applications)
  • Translating complex business problems into scalable, resilient, and secure technical solutions
  • Ensuring architectural decisions balance speed, quality, scalability, and long term sustainability
  • Acting as the technical integrator across platforms, ensuring solutions work as a system not just a collection of parts
  • Leading execution of high-profile, business-critical transformation programs from concept through production & stabilization
  • Driving disciplined delivery while remaining adaptable; partner closely with product, business, and value-stream leaders to ensure that delivery is outcome oriented
  • Building, leading, and developing high performing solution architecture and engineering teams
  • Balancing internal competency with strong vendor collaboration to optimize talent and delivery outcomes
  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement, curiosity, and pragmatic innovation
  • Serving as a trusted partner to business and technical teams – grounding roadmaps and investment decisions on architectural reality, delivery capacity, and forward-looking strategies
