About The Position

This role is an exciting opportunity to lead and scale a national enterprise sales organization within a rapidly growing healthcare technology company. The Head of Enterprise Sales will drive revenue growth across key customer segments, including physicians and health plans, while building and managing a high-performing team. You will establish scalable sales processes, coach team members, and execute enterprise-level deals, ensuring disciplined execution and strong pipeline management. This position requires a strategic thinker who thrives in greenfield, high-growth environments, is comfortable navigating ambiguity, and can influence across clinical, product, and leadership teams. You will have meaningful ownership, directly impacting patient access and outcomes nationwide, while helping shape the company’s long-term commercial strategy. The role is fully remote with travel for customer meetings, offsites, and conferences.

Requirements

  • 7–12+ years of proven success building and leading B2B enterprise sales teams in fast-moving, high-growth environments.
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and scaling revenue.
  • Experience in lead generation, prospecting, and creative approaches to acquiring customers.
  • Strong ability to build and refine sales processes, forecasting, and pipeline management.
  • Exceptional communication skills — verbal, listening, and written — with clarity and persuasiveness.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to repeatable processes and operational discipline.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity, taking ownership, and moving quickly.
  • Experience at top-tier early-to-growth stage companies, with understanding of high-performance standards.

Responsibilities

  • Own and exceed revenue targets while providing visibility into pipeline and performance.
  • Lead and scale the enterprise sales organization, selling into cardiologists, pulmonologists, health systems, and managed care organizations.
  • Build, coach, and motivate a high-performing team of Partnership Leads, Account Executives, and Account Managers.
  • Drive pipeline generation, deal execution, and forecasting across the country.
  • Establish scalable sales processes, enablement programs, and messaging frameworks.
  • Expand existing managed care partnerships and pursue longer-cycle, enterprise-level deals.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership, product, and clinical teams to align sales strategy with customer needs.
