Enterprise Performance Standards Define, implement, and enforce enterprise‑wide, non‑negotiable performance standards across financial, operational, quality, and workforce dimensions. Partner with executive leaders to prioritize attention on material risks and performance gaps requiring intervention. Integration & Transformation Support Lead the establishment of performance standards, reporting, and governance for acquisitions and major integrations. Embed a repeatable enterprise performance management framework post‑integration to prevent performance drift and ensure durable outcomes. Executive Partnership & Influence Operate as a trusted enterprise partner to the CFO and executive leadership team, providing independent challenge and insight on performance health. Influence senior leaders to take timely and decisive action when enterprise performance is at risk.
