Role Overview The Head of Engineering is a senior leadership role responsible for setting technical direction, building high ‑ performing teams, and ensuring engineering execution consistently enables delivery confidence, customer trust, and long ‑ term sustainability. This individual will lead and evolve our engineering organization supporting mission-critical communications systems. The Head of Engineering is a people-first technical leader with the credibility to guide complex engineering decisions and the leadership maturity to build scalable capability across disciplines.
