About The Position

Join us in building a new Corporate University that will serve 5,000+ employees across 20 countries. We’re looking for a Head of Employee Training to shape and scale our global employee learning offer. This is both a strategic and hands-on role, leading a small international team and collaborating closely with peers in Product Training, Learning Assets, and Learner Experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading employee learning (corporate university or equivalent) in international settings.
  • Strong project & vendor management skills.
  • Fluency with LMS/LXP platforms, digital learning production, and modern delivery modes.
  • People leadership that builds trust, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Data-driven decision making; confident with KPIs/OKRs.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of French learning regulations.
  • Experience in software/SaaS or scaling digital learning systems.

Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve the global employee training catalogue aligned to business priorities.
  • Lead Learning Product Owners and administrators to deliver ILT, vILT, and eLearning at scale.
  • Manage the global training budget, optimize partners, and ensure quality delivery.
  • Build standards and governance that allow us to scale (“design once, use many”).
  • Use data (KPIs/OKRs) to measure adoption, impact, and improve continuously.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to align training with strategic goals.
