The Head of Editorial & Marketing Partnerships is responsible for setting and executing the strategy, analysis, tooling, and performance of Editorial and Marketing Partnerships (EMP) across Believe’s artists and labels. They will be responsible for global editorial and promotional targets within our DSP partners and in turn, the structuring and optimization of EMP operations to achieve these. We are looking for an artist services expert that is both analytical and product minded and understands the tools and data that will most effectively empower EMP representatives across the markets, while also optimizing our performance with DSPs at a local and global level. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with DSP partners and procure global opportunities for Believe artists across business units (Artist Services, Label and Artist Services, TuneCore). The role requires a combination of data-driven EMP strategy, global relationship building and cross-functional leadership experience, managing operations and Believe’s global artist priorities, while working with product and analytics teams.
