About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and SELF STARTING Head of Ecommerce Operations to lead and optimize our online sales channels. This leadership role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce platforms, and data analytics to drive growth, improve user experience, and maximize revenue. Duties Develop and execute comprehensive ecommerce strategies aligned with company goals to increase online sales and market share. Maintain Shopify Plus, memberships, customer accounts, store credit, checkout logic, and automations — ensuring best practices while keeping the stack streamlined. Work and partner with "coordinator" level ecommerce and customer service staff, as well as management to ensure maximum results. Vendor/partner management Budget management Stay current with industry trends in digital marketing, SEM, performance marketing, B2B marketing strategies, and emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker passionate about ecommerce innovation who thrives on data-driven results and team leadership in a dynamic digital environment.

Requirements

  • A hands-on operator in leading ecommerce operations with at least 5 years of experience in digital marketing or online retail management.
  • KPI management
  • Excellent copywriting skills for engaging product descriptions, ad copy, email campaigns, and social media content.

  • Shopify Plus experience strongly preferred.
