Rowan is owned and managed by Quinbrook Infrastructure Partners. Rowan Digital Infrastructure is looking for a Program Leader to drive the work of the Project Management team. This role requires a strategic and creative leader who can develop and implement best practices and creative solutions in project management, helping the organization grow and scale effectively to meet its ambitious goals. This role will entail collaboratively working with Rowan’s leadership, the Project Management team and Project Captains to develop and implement a framework, systems and processes for efficient project management including project tracking, vendor management, project documentation, budgeting, and schedules to drive tangible business value through effective and efficient project management. A successful candidate will have experience managing high performing teams and a strong track record building and scaling project management functions in real estate development, preferably in the data center field. In addition, the Program Manager may be involved in other activities as necessary including project evaluations, due diligence reviews, company planning, budgeting and project coordination alongside the project teams. The Program Manager is a critical part of the team, working closely with the project teams, leadership, and other internal teams to ensure efficient execution of Rowan’s Projects. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and managerial skills, strong project management skills, comfort with ambiguity, comfort with having direct conversations, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
