About The Position

We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Head of Client Delivery to lead our global client delivery organization. This role will oversee managed teams responsible for implementing, onboarding, upgrading, and expanding SaaS solutions at enterprise clients. The ideal candidate is a proven leader in high-growth SaaS environments, with experience scaling delivery functions, building repeatable processes, and ensuring seamless execution of client-facing technical projects. As the owner of our client delivery strategy, this leader will be accountable for driving services revenue, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery, and setting the pace for quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction across all projects worldwide.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in software implementation, delivery, or professional services, with a track record of leadership in high-growth SaaS companies.
  • Strong background in fintech, equity research technology, or investment banking technology preferred.
  • Proven success building and scaling delivery functions in a global, client-facing environment.
  • Deep knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies (Agile, PMI, PRINCE2, etc.).
  • Proficiency in requirements gathering, scoping, and solution design for enterprise software projects.
  • Experience managing technical teams and working cross-functionally with engineering, product, and client success.
  • Familiarity with professional services P&L, services revenue recognition, and delivery-based growth models.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and detail-orientation skills with a process-driven mindset.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership presence, and ability to influence senior stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Technical background and prior hands-on experience managing technical teams preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of client-facing technical delivery, including new client onboarding, product migrations, upgrades, custom builds, and expansion projects.
  • Establish and maintain delivery excellence standards to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to scope.
  • Drive revenue recognition through effective project execution and service delivery.
  • Build scalable implementation processes that support revenue growth and ensure repeatable success globally.
  • Define and enforce delivery methodologies, frameworks, and best practices (e.g., SDLC, Agile, project management standards).
  • Ensure accurate scoping, requirements gathering, and project commitments that align with client expectations and company capabilities.
  • Implement tools and processes for time tracking, resource allocation, and capacity planning.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a global team of project managers, implementation engineers, and technical delivery specialists.
  • Drive accountability for performance, efficiency, and client satisfaction across managed teams.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage automation, AI, and other technology to optimize delivery, reduce cost, and increase speed to value.
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to ensure delivery insights inform platform and service innovation.
