The Head of Debit Card Product Management sets the strategic direction for consumer and small business debit cards. This leader drives comprehensive market analysis and business case development to inform product strategy, obtains and acts upon the voice of our clients, establishes the product roadmap, and guides end-to-end development of capabilities and enhancements. Full ownership of product performance is expected, including financials/P&L, risk and compliance, client experience, operational readiness, and reporting.
