POSITION SUMMARY EarnIn is a data-driven fintech, and our ability to innovate, scale, and deliver excellent customer experiences depends on a modern, reliable, and intelligent data foundation. We’re looking for a Head of Data to lead the vision, evolution, and operational excellence of our end-to-end data ecosystem—powering analytics, machine learning, and product engineering across the company. This role oversees the teams responsible for EarnIn’s data persistence layers, state-of-the-art data platform, and business insights. You will guide the strategy for our next-generation data capabilities, strengthen data governance and reliability, and ensure our data systems remain modern and high-performing to catalyze our AI efforts. The Mountain View base salary range for this full-time position is $315,000 to $385,000, plus equity and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. This is a hybrid position in Mountain View, requiring in-office work 2 days a week.
