The Role: Sitting within the IS Leadership Team, the Head of Data & Analytics will be responsible for strategically transforming Electrical Thermal Solutions’ (ETS) data capabilities into a business‑led, value‑driven data product organization that delivers measurable impact. The Head of Data & Analytics serves as a strategic bridge between business outcomes and data capabilities, ensuring the data roadmap aligns with commercial priorities and has clear executive sponsorship. You are not just building pipelines or reports; you are building trust, momentum, and measurable business impact through data, while empowering a high-performing global data team with shared goals and accountability. Within your first 12 Months at the organization, you will develop a 3-year data strategy roadmap that is executive-approved and tied to business outcomes. Additionally, you will lead the transition from fragmented, legacy reporting to a modern, scalable Data Platform to deliver data products that enable better, faster decision‑making and strategic growth.
