About The Position

We are seeking a Head of Data & Analytics to build and lead our data function. We have laid a foundation and are now looking to accelerate the growth and development across the board. This role is responsible for transforming data into a competitive advantage across revenue, operations, and decision-making. You will own our data infrastructure, reporting systems, and analytical insights—while partnering closely with leadership across ecommerce, marketing, and operations. This is a highly strategic and hands-on role with direct impact on company performance.

Requirements

7–12+ years in data, analytics, or business intelligence roles
Experience in ecommerce or consumer brands ($20M–$200M range preferred)
Strong SQL skills and experience working with modern data stacks
Proven ability to turn data into business impact—not just reporting
Experience working cross-functionally on initiatives
Experience building or scaling a data function
