About The Position

The Head of Creative is responsible for defining, elevating and protecting the creative expression of ONER Active across all brand touchpoints. This role translates ONER’s brand vision into a distinctive and culturally relevant creative output, ensuring consistency, quality and impact across campaigns, content, retail, digital and experiential. You will lead and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team spanning art direction, copy and design, while working closely with Brand, Social, Experiential, PR, and Marketing Operations to deliver world-class creative that strengthens ONER’s position as a global leader in elevated activewear. This role requires both creative excellence and leadership maturity, balancing vision, execution and team development.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of experience in senior creative leadership roles
  • Background within fashion, activewear, or culturally driven consumer brands
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative direction across campaigns, brand development, and multi-channel execution
  • Proven experience leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing creative teams
  • Exceptional creative judgment with a refined aesthetic and meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to translate brand strategy into compelling, commercially effective creative
  • Skilled at balancing ambitious creative vision with clear business objectives
  • Strong collaborator who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments

Responsibilities

  • Creative Leadership & Vision
  • Set and lead the overarching creative vision for ONER Active across all brand channels
  • Translate brand strategy into compelling, distinctive and scalable creative expression
  • Define, evolve and protect ONER’s visual and creative identity as the brand expands globally
  • Ensure all creative output reflects ONER’s premium positioning, ambition and cultural relevance
  • Campaign & Brand Creative Direction
  • Oversee the end-to-end creative development of campaigns, product launches and key brand moments
  • Lead concept development in partnership with the Brand Director and Creative Director
  • Ensure creative consistency across digital, retail, social, experiential and PR touchpoints
  • Continuously raise the creative standard across every brand output
  • Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead, inspire and develop a multidisciplinary creative team spanning Art Direction, Copy and Design
  • Build a high-performing, collaborative and ambitious creative culture
  • Provide clear direction, constructive feedback and ongoing mentorship
  • Evolve team structure and capability in line with brand growth and global expansion
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with the Head of Social, Head of Experiential, Head of PR & Communications, Head of Photo & Video, Head of Creative Operations, and Web, Partnerships and Product teams
  • Ensure creative is delivered seamlessly and consistently across all consumer touchpoints
  • Drive strong alignment between creative vision and commercial objectives
  • Creative Quality & Governance
  • Own final creative sign-off across all brand work
  • Ensure the highest standards of craft, execution and detail
  • Safeguard brand integrity and consistency as the business scales internationally
