Lotus: world-class care, free — powered by real doctors. The Role You’ll lead the creative engine behind our growth. Your job: produce winning ad creative at scale — fast. From scripting and concepting to editing and analysis, you’ll handle everything needed to generate, test, and scale ads that convert. You’ll collaborate directly with the Paid Media and Influencer teams, using creator assets and performance data to fuel rapid iteration. You’ll manage editors, producers, and AI workflows to move from idea to live campaign without friction. We aren’t chasing simple UGC — we’re creating scalable creative systems that produce repeatable winners that are on-brand. Requirements

  • Proven creative leader in D2C performance marketing.
  • Experienced producing high-performing video ads at scale.
  • Experienced across both brand campaigns and direct-response creative.
  • Analytical — you understand metrics, conversion funnels, and iteration loops.
  • Skilled in AI-based tools to enhance productivity.
  • Comfortable working directly with editors, producers, and growth teams.
  • Obsessed with finding and scaling what works.

Responsibilities

  • Produce and oversee ad creative from concept to launch — scripting, editing, and iteration.
  • Collaborate with Paid Media and Influencer teams to integrate creator assets into ads.
  • Manage editors, designers, and production workflows.
  • Use AI tools to enhance workflows for ideation, iteration, and creative testing.
  • Build creative testing frameworks to identify winning angles and formats.
  • Analyze performance data, extract insights, and drive creative strategy.
  • Maintain brand voice and consistency across every asset.
