Head of Corporate Communications - East Coast, US
About The Position
EnterpriseAlumni is seeking a Head of Corporate Communications to evolve, develop and execute both internal and external communications, manage our brand reputation, media relations and stakeholder engagement. We looking for this role to own PR, work with the CEO and senior leadership on messaging, amplify the Corporate Alumni ecosystem we have created that encompasses everything from events to our annual conference and on-brand communication across all channels. Key requirements include 10-15+ years experience, exceptional writing/storytelling skills and a network you have already built with the world of news, conferences and other media. You would be working very closely with our CEO, Emma Sinclair MBE. We are the leading provider of Corporate Alumni Software headquartered in the US with a sizeable presence in Europe and South America. We help the world’s largest companies to activate, engage and leverage their corporate alumni to drive revenue and rehiring – but it’s a too well kept a secret. Our SaaS software is a powerhouse, driving recruiting efforts, sales opportunities and brand advocates back into our clients' organizations whilst creating a strong alumni value proposition and we are looking for a leader to join the team, to amplify and extend our work.
Requirements
- Experience: Significant experience in corporate communications or PR.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and advise C-suite executives.
- Versatile and Productive: Ability to multi task.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement overarching communication strategies to align with business goals.
- Media Relations & PR: Act as the primary media contact, manage press releases and drive PR campaigns.
- Internal Communications: Assist with employee communications.
- Executive Support: Support senior leadership with speechwriting, messaging, articles and thought leadership.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor in-house teams and in due course, external agencies.
