The Lyft brand marketing team is looking for a strategic and creative Head of Content to define the long-term vision for Lyft’s social presence across platforms. This role shapes how Lyft shows up in culture, setting high-level creative direction and building a cohesive, social-first content strategy across audiences and communities. The ideal candidate is deeply tapped into internet culture and platform dynamics, with a strong editorial point of view and experience shaping content strategy at scale. They are comfortable operating behind the scenes, using performance insights to guide direction while staying closely connected to real-time trends and cultural moments. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with Brand, Product, Marketing, Comms, Legal, and Partnerships, and work in close partnership with the Social Creator and Community Manager to ensure content across channels ladders up to a clear, cohesive strategy. You’ll help steward Lyft’s voice, tone, and visual identity across social channels, supporting content that builds relevance, trust, and community through work that feels timely, intentional, and unmistakably Lyft.
