The Head of Divisional Business Management & Operations (BMO) is a senior leader within the Technology, Data & Operations (TD&O) Execution Management and Performance Office (TEMPO), serving as the operational backbone of a TD&O division. This role partners closely with divisional leadership to translate enterprise strategy into clear, actionable execution by designing and sustaining the divisional operating rhythm—enabling teams to operate with scale, pace, and quality. Bringing together execution discipline, financial stewardship, workforce management, service delivery, performance insights, and risk remediation, the Head of BMO acts as a trusted partner across divisions and horizontal teams. Working collaboratively with Finance, Risk, HR, and enterprise stakeholders, this leader ensures work is prioritized, funded, staffed, governed, and delivered predictably. This is an enablement first role, focused on reducing friction, increasing clarity, and helping leaders and teams do their best work. In the first 90 days, the successful candidate will: Establish the divisional operating rhythm and leadership routines. Build strong partnerships with divisional leadership and TEMPO horizontal leads. Complete a current state assessment of BMO capabilities, staffing, and capacity against demand. Identify and begin addressing the top operational friction points limiting execution effectiveness.
