About The Position

The Head of Business Information for Coface North America will lead the Business Information division, a strategic unit dedicated to providing risk management services that empower companies to better manage their accounts receivable and supply chains. This role is pivotal in driving the success of Urba360, Coface’s dynamic platform designed to deliver actionable insights and data-driven solutions for risk mitigation. The ideal candidate will be a senior executive with a proven track record of building, positioning, and growing platforms within financial services. This leader will oversee the development and delivery of risk management as a service, ensuring our clients strengthen their risk management practices through innovative solutions and market-leading expertise.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience: 10-15+ years of experience in data solutions, financial services with at least 10 years in senior leadership roles. TCI experience preferred but not required.
  • Proven expertise in risk management, trade credit, data solutions, leveraged lending, and equipment finance.
  • Demonstrated success in sales leadership, market strategy, and operational effectiveness.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the vision and strategy for the Business Information division in North America. Drive growth and market penetration for Urba360 and related risk management services.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and compliance with global standards. Implement best practices for data quality, analytics, and customer experience.
  • Commercial Development: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. Identify new business opportunities and lead initiatives to expand service offerings.
  • Team Management: Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Provide mentorship and professional development for team members.
  • Market Strategy & Product Positioning: Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform product enhancements. Position Coface as a leader in risk management solutions through thought leadership and strategic partnerships.
