About The Position

As the founding commercial leader, you will build the global revenue engine for a foundational blockchain infrastructure organization. Reporting to the CEO, you will personally execute high-stakes enterprise deals with Tier 1 financial institutions while designing the repeatable playbooks, pricing models, and team structures necessary to scale the adoption of modular network technology globally.

Requirements

  • Extensive background in enterprise fintech or payments infrastructure sales, with a proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Entrepreneurial "hunter" mentality with the ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous, high-growth environments to build from zero to one.
  • Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, capable of building trust-based relationships with C-suite stakeholders at Fortune 500 companies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end commercial strategy, from identifying high-value enterprise market segments to closing multi-million dollar infrastructure deals.
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with global consulting firms, payments processors, and Tier 1 banks to accelerate technology integration.
  • Design the internal GTM engine by establishing sales methodologies, performance metrics, and hiring the initial high-performing business development team.
