Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Manage PostalMate P&L and service delivery quality
  • Support commercial in winning pursuits
  • Increase knowledge and awareness of product with internal stakeholders
  • Give input to Global Product Development team through NAM Head of Prod Dev in alignment with Regional Head of MEC NAM
  • Regionalize strategy for delivery in market
  • Review and approve complex customer solutions before presenting to customers
  • Collaborates with Regional Head of Marketing on campaigns and events to support GtM strategy and growth
  • Involvement for top customer pursuits
  • Remove obstacles and enable team to drive win ratio improvements
