NeuroBionics is seeking a Head of Business & Market Development to lead indication strategy and upstream marketing for NeuroBionics’ endovascular neuromodulation platform. In this role, you will be responsible for mapping the opportunity landscape and building a rigorous indication selection prioritization framework across neuro, autonomic, inflammatory, and cardiovascular domains. You will develop a strategic roadmap that integrates the feasibility constraints of our platform technology with clinical, regulatory, reimbursement, and market realities. The role will start as a part-time consulting engagement (~15–20 hours/week for 3-6 months) focused on building the indication selection framework and delivering a prioritized roadmap. With strong mutual fit, this role is expected to evolve into a full-time position owning indication strategy, upstream marketing, and strategic business development as the company scales. This is a highly cross-functional role suited for business development or upstream marketing leader with experience in market opportunity mapping, who will drive tangible results and executable strategy, and who is excited to shape the strategic trajectory of a platform medical device company. You’ll work closely with the CEO and CTO, and collaborate with external advisors and KOLs.
