About The Position

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven leader to drive commercial growth and partnerships in the emerging post-quantum and digital asset ecosystem. In this role, you will own the end-to-end business development process, from pipeline creation to closing complex deals, while building long-term relationships with protocols, financial institutions, and infrastructure providers. You will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to translate advanced cryptography into real-world solutions and scalable commercial engagements. This position requires a mix of technical credibility, strategic vision, and entrepreneurial mindset, enabling the company to establish itself as a trusted partner in next-generation blockchain and security technologies. You will play a pivotal role in defining go-to-market strategies, structuring partnerships, and representing the organization at the highest levels with executive stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or technical sales.
  • Strong understanding of blockchain infrastructure, crypto, or developer platforms.
  • Proven track record of closing complex, technical, or enterprise-level deals.
  • Ability to operate in early-stage, high-growth environments with self-direction and low ego.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with both technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with strong negotiation and commercial acumen.
  • Comfortable representing the company in high-stakes discussions and establishing credibility quickly.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling security, cryptography, or infrastructure tooling.
  • Existing network across L1/L2 protocols, stablecoin issuers, custodians, and crypto infrastructure providers.
  • Familiarity with post-quantum cryptography or managing long-term cryptographic risk.

Responsibilities

  • Own full lifecycle business development, including lead generation, pipeline management, deal structuring, negotiation, and closure.
  • Build and maintain senior relationships with key stakeholders across L1/L2 protocols, stablecoin issuers, wallets, custodians, and infrastructure providers.
  • Structure, negotiate, and execute complex commercial agreements and strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to scope paid engagements and technical deliverables.
  • Define pricing, packaging, and repeatable go-to-market motions to accelerate growth.
  • Maintain CRM discipline, accurate forecasting, and detailed pipeline reporting.
  • Represent the company in high-level conversations with founders, executives, and boards, acting as a credible advisor and partner.
