Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field, OR high school diploma/ equivalency certificate with 7+ years of professional experience
  • 5+ years in brand, marketing, or growth leadership roles
  • Experience translating technical or hardware products into strong consumer narratives
  • Demonstrated ability to build marketing systems from the ground up
  • Strong strategic thinking with execution bias
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and fast-paced startup environments
  • Experience managing agencies and cross-functional teams
  • Clear understanding of performance marketing and ROI accountability

Responsibilities

  • Own brand positioning, voice, and messaging architecture
  • Translate complex engineering into clear, human-centered storytelling
  • Lead campaign narrative development across launches and milestones
  • Ensure brand consistency across digital, retail, PR, and experiential touchpoints
  • Own and evolve long-term brand vision
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies
  • Oversee paid, organic, partnerships, influencer, and seeding initiatives
  • Own event, activation, and experiential strategy and execution
  • Drive measurable demand generation and revenue growth
  • Align marketing efforts with sales and retail expansion goals
  • Manage and coordinate external agencies (content, design, paid)
  • Build internal marketing processes and operating cadence
  • Define KPIs and report performance to leadership
  • Identify and hire future marketing team members as needed
