The Opportunity We’re hiring a Head of Brand Activation, Content & Creative to build and activate a brand that entrepreneurs feel, not just recognize. You will lead the full brand engine across strategy, storytelling, content, creative, social, PR, and activation. Your job is to take our narrative and bring it to life through moments, campaigns, and experiences that drive awareness, trust, education, and conversion. This role is both strategic and hands-on, part brand architect, part content operator, part creative director, part activator. You’ll craft our story, build the content system, elevate the creative bar, and architect the cross-channel activation to ensure our brand shows up with consistency, emotion, and measurable business impact. You’ll make sure content reaches the right audiences, in the right channels, at the right time, and that everything we produce creates momentum.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in brand, PMM, content, or creative leadership ideally in SaaS, tech-enabled services, consumer platforms, or high-growth environments.
  • A proven ability to build and activate brands that drive measurable business impact.
  • Deep expertise in storytelling, product marketing, content strategy, and multi-channel brand activation.
  • Strong creative judgment with the ability to mentor teams and raise the bar on quality.
  • Experience partnering tightly with Growth and Product to connect brand work to performance.
  • A builder’s mindset: scrappy, resourceful, iterative, and obsessed with creating leverage.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to translate strategy into execution.
  • High standards, operational rigor, and the ability to run a fast-moving, high-output brand engine.

Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy & Activation Define the brand strategy, narrative, and voice/visual standards. Lead brand activation across campaigns, product launches, partnerships, and high-impact moments. Ensure brand consistency across acquisition, lifecycle, product, and service experiences. Build a cross-channel brand activation calendar tied to business priorities.
  • Product Marketing & Content Own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market storytelling. Build and scale a content engine that drives awareness, education, activation, and retention. Ensure distribution reaches the right audience across web, email, social, PR, paid channels, affiliates, and influencers. Partner with Product and Growth to create content aligned to the customer journey.
  • Creative Direction Set the creative vision and raise the bar on storytelling and design. Lead creative development for brand campaigns, product narratives, lifecycle communications, and social content. Build scalable processes for briefing, QA, reviews, and creative production.
  • PR, Social & Communications Own the external brand narrative, earned media strategy, and reputation. Lead social strategy for audience growth, engagement, and brand affinity. Oversee internal/external communications to maintain message clarity and alignment.
  • Leadership & Collaboration Build and lead a high-performing brand organization across PMM, Content, Creative, PR, and Social. Partner closely with Growth, Product, and Data to ensure brand activation drives measurable business outcomes. Establish operating norms and creative processes that scale with speed and quality.
